Orders & PaymentsCan I add items to or make changes to my order?
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any amendments, therefore, we ask that you ensure everything on your order is correct at the time of purchasing. If you have any queries prior to placing your order, please get in touch with our friendly showroom teams, who will happily guide you through our extensive range of styles and fabrics and advise you on the perfect piece/s for your space. Alternatively, please contact our Customer Service team, who will also be able to advise you.
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so, up to 7 days after placing your order for no fee, no questions asked.
Any orders that are cancelled in full after 7 days will incur a 10% cancellation fee on the total value of your order.
If you would like to place a new order at the time of cancellation, we will waiver the 10% cancellation fee, where applicable, on the first cancellation only. Please be aware that any new order placed will be done so with a reset of the advertised lead time.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact the showroom directly if you placed the order in one of our stores. If you placed your order on our website our knowledgeable store teams will be happy to help, or please contact our friendly Customer Service team
