Of course! It's not a problem if you wish to add or change items within your quote, in fact, we encourage it.
We want to ensure you make the right choices regarding the item/s you wish to purchase. Our friendly showroom teams will happily guide you through our extensive range of styles and fabrics and advise you on the perfect piece/s for your space. Our showrooms have many display options for you to view and try out, we want you to take your time and ensure you are happy with the style and size of your item and that the fabric and colour are the perfect match for you.

We also offer complimentary in-store video phone consultations if you are unable to get into one of our Showrooms, we are available 7 days a weeks, so please click here to book your appointment.
Any quote created for you is valid for 30 days from creation. There are several ways to redeem your quote:
• Pop into our call the showroom who created the quote for you. The team will ensure all of the items are as required before completing the order
• Contact our friendly Customer Service team on 0345 400 2222. The team will ensure all of the items are as required before completing the order
• By entering your SQ – Quote Number and either your CU - Account Number or your Delivery postcode on our website.
Please be aware that if you wish to redeem a quote on our website, the items detailed need to be the final ones you wish to purchase including style, size, fabric choice and leg choice.
If you are unable to access your quote on our website, please contact our helpful customer service team who will be able to help you.
