      Can I reschedule my delivery?

      It is not a problem to reschedule your delivery, simply get in touch with our helpful delivery team who will do their best to accommodate. We will happily hold your items until you’re ready to receive your order. Please be aware that we reserve the right to charge a storage fee. Storage fees vary depending on the size of your item and the length of time you require us to store it – please get in touch with our delivery team for more information.


      Please be aware that during the build up to Christmas when we have a high demand for deliveries, we may only be able to offer you one delivery slot. If this slot is not accepted, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to offer you another one before the end of December. Therefore, we encourage you to accept the first one offered to avoid disappointment
