DeliveryCan I change my delivery address?
It is not a problem to change your delivery address, we just request you give us as much notice as possible.
If you make this change up to 7 days after placing your order we will do so for no fee. Any changes to your order after 7 days will incur a 5% amendment fee and reset of the delivery lead time, if applicable.
If you have already confirmed a delivery slot to the previous address, we will try to accommodate the same slot to your new address. However, if the new address is not on the same van route we may have to reschedule it completely.
Just get in touch with our helpful delivery team who will do their best to accommodate.
