Delivery FAQsHow will I find out about my delivery date?
Within 10 days of placing your order, you will receive an email which will require confirmation within 48 hours. You may also receive a call from our delivery support team. If we do not receive your confirmation, please be aware your order will not be manufactured, meaning we won’t be able to fulfill your order within the original lead time.
You will hear directly from our trusted delivery partner, Wincanton, in the coming weeks to confirm your exact delivery date. Below details what you will receive from our delivery partner:
For UK mainland deliveries, please see below:
- You will receive an email and SMS asking you to select a delivery date through their secure online portal. We ask that you ensure you do this within 72 hours of receipt. You may also receive a phone call from them asking for a date to be selected
- Once you have selected a date you will receive confirmation via email and SMS. You will also receive a reminder 7 days before the agreed date
- 2 days before your agreed delivery date you will receive confirmation of the 2-hour arrival time slot
- The day before your delivery, you will receive an email reminder and some information on how best to prepare for your delivery
- On the day of your delivery, you will receive an introductory call, by 10am, to confirm your delivery is on schedule. You will be contacted again by SMS around 30 minutes advising you of the team’s imminent arrival, and the delivery team will also call to advise they’re on their way
