      How should I prepare for my delivery and what should I expect?

      Third-party products are delivered to the entrance of your property only and do not include a white glove service. Delivery teams are unable to bring items inside or assist with unpacking or assembly. You will need to ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery and is able to safely move the item(s) into the property. Delivery is deemed complete once the products have arrived at your property entrance.

      Where an order contains both bespoke and third-party products, deliveries will be completed separately. Bespoke items include our white glove delivery service, while third-party products will be delivered to the entrance of your property as outlined above.
