      We are certain you will adore your new item but if you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are pleased to provide a refund or an exchange. To begin this process please contact us within 14 days of your delivery date. We require that your item is returned in the same condition as when it was delivered because our warehouse team will inspect all returns to recoup any value for markings or damages.

      If you choose to return or exchange your order including requests made on the day of delivery a restocking fee of 10% of the 0item value will be applied. For refunds this fee is deducted from your total amount. For exchanges the fee is applied when your new order is processed and any outstanding balance must be settled before we can deliver your replacement. While the original delivery fee is not compensable, we are pleased to offer exchanges with no additional delivery costs for the new item.

      If you opt for a full refund, we will arrange a convenient time for our delivery team to collect the item. Once we have received confirmation that the goods are safely back in our warehouse we will finalise your refund.
