All deliveries are carried out by our friendly Irish delivery partner, WS Dennison who work alongside our UK delivery partner Wincanton. All communication regarding your delivery will be from Wincanton
You will receive an email and SMS asking you to select a delivery date through their secure online portal. We ask that you ensure you do this within 72 hours of receipt. You may also receive a phone call from them asking for a date to be selected
Once you have selected a date you will receive confirmation via email and SMS. You will also receive a reminder 7 days before the agreed date
2 days before your agreed delivery date you will receive confirmation of the 2-hour arrival time slot

For deliveries to the Republic of Ireland, for our handmade-to-order furniture, we offer a white glove delivery service to ROI where our Irish delivery partner will carefully deliver your specially handcrafted piece/s to your door, then unpack and assemble in the room of your choice, for a fee of €249. They will also remove all packing and arrange for it to be recycled.
