If your basket includes any bespoke items, a delivery charge of £149 will apply due to the inclusion of our white glove delivery service for bespoke furniture.
Third-party products are delivered to the entrance of your property only and do not include a white glove service. Delivery teams are unable to bring items inside or assist with unpacking or assembly, so you will need to ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery and is able to safely move the item(s) into the property.
Where an order contains both bespoke and third-party products, deliveries will be completed separately. Bespoke items include our white glove delivery service, while third-party products will be delivered as outlined above.
