If we do not receive your confirmation, please be aware your order will not be manufactured, meaning we won’t be able to fulfill your order within the original lead time.

You will receive an email and SMS asking you to select a delivery date through their secure online portal. We ask that you ensure you do this within 72 hours of receipt. You may also receive a phone call from them asking for a date to be selected
Once you have selected a date you will receive confirmation via email and SMS. You will also receive a reminder 7 days before the agreed date
2 days before your agreed delivery date you will receive confirmation of the 2-hour arrival time slot
The day before your delivery, you will receive an email reminder and some information on how best to prepare for your delivery
On the day of your delivery, you will receive an introductory call, by 10am, to confirm your delivery is on schedule. You will be contacted again by SMS around 30 minutes advising you of the team’s imminent arrival, and the delivery team will also call to advise they’re on their way
