DeliveryHow will I find out about my delivery date?
You will be contacted by our sofa.com delivery support team by email 2 weeks before with a provisional date and also receive a courtesy call. If you are happy with the date you have been offered, you just need to confirm the slot using the link in the email and answer a couple of questions for us, so we can make all the relevant preparations in advance. You will then receive a confirmation email detailing all the information you will need.
If you are unable to accommodate the provisional date that has been offered, just get in touch with our helpful delivery team who will do their best to accommodate your new dates.
Please be aware that during the build up to Christmas when we have a high demand for deliveries, we may only be able to offer you one delivery slot. If this slot is not accepted, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to offer you another one before the end of December. Therefore, we encourage you to accept the first slot offered to avoid disappointment.
